- Full page with links to your website $600 annually (plus $150 setup fee) per page
- Full page with front page icon $1,200 annually (plus $150 setup fee)
- Multi-page (limit 5) with front page icon and sub-page icon (2) $4,000 annually (plus $150 setup fee)
- Multi page (limit 5) with front page icon, video and sub-page icon (2) $5,000 annually (plus $150 setup fee)
